This notice covers the marketing website and enquiries. It does not describe processing within the authenticated Exodil platform, which requires separate information and agreements.

When you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, such as your name, organisation, contact details and message. Please do not send passwords or sensitive building information with an initial enquiry.

This website has no registration, payment or enquiry-submission form. The contact links open your email application. The website code includes no analytics or advertising tracking.

Our hosting service may record technical information, including visitor IP addresses and request details, to operate and protect the service.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to respond to questions and discuss Exodil. We rely on our legitimate interests in communicating with people who contact us and managing business enquiries. If you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you personally, we may process the necessary information to take those steps at your request.

Website enquiries are kept for 30 days. This enquiry-retention period does not describe the retention of separate customer or platform records.

Technical service logs and provider backups are governed by the relevant hosting configuration and service retention arrangements. Contact us for information about those arrangements; they are separate from the 30-day enquiry policy.

You choose whether to contact us. Without an email address and enough information about your enquiry, we may be unable to respond meaningfully.
